S.E.A Aquarium Singapore Review

Made a visit to the (S)outh (E)ast (A)sia Aquarium yesterday @ Resorts World Sentosa. This is gonna be an exciting post! Are you guys ready? To my overseas readers, if you were to visit Singapore one day, i suggest you to go and visit this place because this is the newest attraction that is available in Singapore and apparently i got to know that its the World's Largest Oceanium. It's not South East Asia's largest, it's World's largest! Can you imagine that? I'm going to bring you to this place via pictures that i took yesterday...

I'll try my best to make this post short and sweet and not draggy because i want you guys to go and explore this place one day! Let's go!

A picture with my family and cousins.

As you enter, you will definitely visit the Maritime Museum first. This is the museum where they tell everything about the past. How villagers export and import goods using ships and how pirates came and more. The museum/exhibition is separated into four parts. The Chinese with Pirates, Malay with their traditions, Indians with displays of their spices and also the Japanese and Eurasians.

I didn't bother to read about the history of every single thing that is on display there but from the pictures above you can see that all of the things that happened before B.C. The museum/exhibition is almost the same like the Peranakan Museum but this is slightly better because of the new technology where you'll be brought back to this moment in one the theatre called the Typhoon theatre which i didn't go because you have to pay $10 individually. The statues there is all made of wax, its like Madame Tussaud but a different version.

A picture of me with a small guy dressed up in malay traditional clothes.
Familiar with this? All spices from India!
Next!

SEA AQUARIUM/OCEANIUM -

I've been to the Underwater World also in Sentosa but let me tell you this, when i stepped into the aquarium exhibition, i was really shocked to see all this beautiful fishes around this aquarium. It's like an eye opener for you to see how good and great god's creation is! I felt like i stepped into another world, just like being one of the Disney princess, Ariel.

You can see different types of fishes and creatures in different parts of the aquarium. Like you know the famous fish from Nemo movie, Clown fish, you can easily find them near the entrance area. They're so cute. Lol, i just find this funny. All this creatures have beautiful place to live in. Like its decorated nicely. It's like "why can't we have a beautiful house like them too?" haha. Just a random thought that came to my mind while i was walking around the museum.

See that starfish below? Have you touched a starfish before? No? Wanna try touching a REAL starfish that is alive like me? Yes, i got to touch a starfish for the very first time! They're so cute! The staff there are really friendly. If you can't reach the starfish, they'll bring the starfish up for you to touch. Obviously the starfish needs to be underwater, they'll just bring it up to you near the surface of the water.

This picture really reminds me of Patrick, Spongebob's best friend!!!

A shot of me with my fish eye lens. Testing out if its okay! *giggles*

Looking at all this creatures really makes me think that i'm visiting Ariel under the deep Pacific Ocean. Lol!

I have a lot of pictures in my camera that i took while i was around the aquarium but i won't upload all. You just have to go and visit them yourselves! A trip not to be missed!

Can you guess what i did next at Sentosa?

I went to the Beach area and go on a ride on the skyride and the luge with my family! My mum, aunt and cousins! I didn't bring my camera up to the sky ride because i was afraid that my camera will fall into the "jungles" of Sentosa Island so i just took photos of the scenery from the top using my phone but apparently i'm just too lazy to upload it here! I think the price for the Luge activity is a reasonable price. $12.50 per person is just nice for a sky ride to the top and luge from top to bottom.

The next activity that i would like to try when i visit Sentosa again will be of course visiting Universal Studios and.....i really want to try the iFly Singapore so badly! Sky Diving in Singapore? You can't find it anywhere but there! Looks like i have to save up my money for a ride on the iFly Singapore. Well, unless someone or anyone wants to sponsor me... hahah, i'm just joking!

So, what are you waiting for? Nothing to do on weekends? Bring your family down to Resorts World Sentosa and visit all this attractions! Have a blast!

Rendezvous Hotel > Sizzle Fair > Designer Grabs

Happy Saturday all! I'm blogging about this at 10.44pm but still i'm just wishing you guys a happy Saturday.

Today, i went to visit Rendezvous Grand Hotel!!!

This is my first time entering a grand hotel like this so i was a bit excited and stoked to see how beautiful the hotel is. The first thing that i will want to explore and go to in a hotel is obviously the swimming pool (who the hell doesn't love swimming pools?) You must be crazy if you say you don't like swimming pools. So here's the picture of the swimming pool @ Rendezvous Hotel

This two photos was taken from the 6th floor!

Ok ok ok, lets get to the story. There was a fair going on at the hotel today and it's called the "Sizzle Fair" It's like a "flea market" but instead of you getting rid of your old stuff, this is like you selling new goods! It's a smaller version of flea market and there's no aunties shouting "lai lai, two for one dollar" lol, who does that at a grand hotel like this!

Let's visit.......one of the stall called
DESIGNER GRABS!
Yea! You got it! All goods are 100% Authentic! They sell designer bags & accessories from famous brands like *points below*

Take a look at the stocks that they've brought in!

That's my mum trying to see what she can buy -.-
For me, being 17, i don't have to look good with these branded goods yet. Well maybe i will when i grow older and when i step into the permanent "working life" then i'll start to dress up using all this branded goods. But for now, i think, being at this age, is best to dress up funky with all kinds of brands!(Unless your family owns a company, then you can ignore what i have to say about teenagers dressing up without these goods. Like if your family can give you a lot of cash at one time, then maybe you can buy all these.) But....hahahaha, i fell in love with one of the Kate Spade wallet in red and i got it as a birthday present from my cousin and tada!!!

I can never stop loving things that has got to do with red, pink, purple or blue color . It just makes me melt and i will tell myself "its ok to buy this stuff some times."

One of my cousin is the owner of this "Designer Grabs" and since she booked a room at the hotel, its my first time entering and getting to see how Rendezvous Hotel rooms look like!
See the swimming pool from the room view and yeah, just see the room...

It's so HUGEEEEE!!! I love hotels so much :) So, i got to hung out at the room with my best friend and my family! I won't miss a chance of taking photos in the toilet with my best friend! Tada!

(And fyi, i don't like to wear sleeveless tee just like that, i will ALWAYS cover it up with something like cardigans or jackets...because i have fats arms, even if i don't, i will never go out of house just wearing sleeveless alone.)

To shorten up this post, i also got to meet a Youtube Singer from Australia today. Her name is Cassidy E Anderson. I love how she sings because...she's a Australian but she can sing Malay songs fluently which i really envy because i can't sing like her! *sobs* but seriously, she's A to the ma to the zing! AMAZING!

You can listen to her music at Youtube, just search "Cassidy Anderson" and you can see a lot of covers of her singing all those hit malay songs from movies! WOW!

Yes to sum up today's post, here's some picture of me around the hotel. hahahah, good night then! Till tomorrow! xx
