Demi Lovato Inspired Hairlook

(I've been waiting for so long to say this) I HAVE OFFICIALLY END MY FIRST YEAR IN ITE, YESTERDAY! EXAMS ARE OVER AND SCHOOL IS OUT!

School's out = time to be a "badass" girl with all sorts of different hairstyle and hair colours. Well, its pretty common among teenagers these days! Once school is out, they will do all the things that they don't get to do in school, like colouring the hair!  *points fingers to my hair*

Just like any other teenager, i like to colour my hair too, so since school's out for me... I might want to colour my hair with a new colour this time round. Instead of going "all brown/light blonde" i wanna try colouring them with EXTREMELY loud colours. Initially, i planned and considered to colour my hair like this but... I think if i were to colour my hair just like Beatrice Miller, my grandma would probably kick me out of the house or won't let me in!

Its pretty, isn't it?! Ugh, the temptation to go to the salon and ask for this hair colour is extremely high in me right now! I was browsing through some pictures of Demi Lovato few days ago and i fell in love with her recent hair colour. She went from brown to turqoise!

(Well obviously i won't go beyond the extreme to colour my hair like hers!) i remembered i had hair chalk that i bought a year ago and i decided to try out some colours on my hair before i actually make the decision. So i took Demi Lovato's picture as a reference and this is the end result of my hair covered in dark blue/light blue chalk!

(Trying to pose like those celebrities in magazine when they close their eyes in a cute way = MAJOR FAIL! Haha :P)

(My favourite shot! Do you think i look like Demi here? Definitely not!)

The end result after covering my hair in chalk and straightening them, is totally different from Demi's. Haha! Thats because she has a professional hairstylist to do it for her but me...its all by myself. This is just a tryout for me and by looking at these pictures, i'm still considering whether i should colour my hair like hers or not! Maybe if i don't i will most probably go with something darker like Royal Blue Highlights just like Selena Gomez?

What do you guys think of me having a Turqoise Ombre coloured hair? Let me know what you think by commenting down below or asking me at my social network websites!

Hope to hear!

My Make-Up Collection

A girl's best friend in hiding the insecurities away and also to make them look confident is....make-ups.

Since i don't have anything to blog about (because i'm busy with my exams coming up this week and first paper starts tomorrow) i finally came up with something to blog about just for today's post. I hope this post will stock you guys up till the next post.

Yes, the top picture is a picture of my make-up collection that i've collected throughout the year and hope to collect more in the future (well of course i will, make up is my best friend :P) i'm glad that i got to collect a lot of make up this year from different brands that are popular such as NYX, Elf and lots more.
Trust me, i only started collecting all those goods this year when i stepped into college since the course that i'm in needs the girls to apply make up for a confident look, lol.

You know me well if you know how much my love is to mascaras! Mascara just do wonders to my eyes! Not forgetting, lip balms. I just love everything that a mascara can do to my eyes and i just love how lip balms can come in so many different flavors!

(Anyway, its not easy to get those lip smackers in Singapore as they stopped selling it already. I got mine from Carousell.)

My mum will always nag at me on how much make-up products that i have at home right now whenever i ask her to buy me more, haha. Sorry mum, this is the way i roll! *roll over the floor*

Since i'm already blogging about my make up collection, i want to try and do some make-up tutorials on how to look like certain celebrities or any look that i can do. All i need you to do is comment or ask me at my asking platform, ask.fm on what make-up tutorial that you want me to do and i'll try my best to do it for you :-)

Here: ask.fm/errahathirah
Hope i'll get some suggestion from you. Thanks a lot!

Overdue Posts

I apologize for the long hiatus from blogging! My last post is about Sentosa Spooktacular which has ended quite sometime ago so it shows that i must start blogging again after my exams next week!
Anyway, i won't be talking much today. I'm just gonna sum up everything that happened last week.

Last Friday, I attended a Acapella Concert at College Central. "Evolution Of TAG" is a production produced by students who are in the acapella CCA in the three ITE's. My friend, Suzy was involved as she's part of the acapella group so i decided to come down and support her for her show. Was supposed to have supper with my friends but i can't because i have curfews! I hate curfew! Do you like curfews? I'm pretty sure no one likes curfews right?

Saturday, Appreciation Luncheon at Ficus Point, Sentosa. The Appreciation Luncheon is for all talents that were involved in Sentosa Spooktacular 2013. The word "appreciation luncheon" sounds so classy and hip right? Guess what? I dressed up nicely hoping that the appreciation luncheon will be like dining in at a 4 or 5 stars hotel but...it turns out that the appreciation luncheon is held in one small meeting room. The food is not served to us, we have to take it ourselves (buffet). But, hello? I thought that is was supposed to be a appreciation luncheon where foods will be served to us and then we will have lucky draws and all sorts of stuff? But no. The appreciation luncheon turned out to be a mess. A freaking BIG one by the way...But that's not the important thing because after i got my allowance and pay, i quickly left the place to go and shop at Vivo and ended up at Cineleisure Orchard with my other friends from Spooktacular, haha.

I've been busy with school so I don't actually attend that much things during this period of time but i'm just waiting for my exams to be over and then i can go and attend events or any concerts again and keep on blogging every single day. I want to go for a short getaway but it seems like my family is not planning anything on going anywhere so i think i will be stucked in Singapore for a month then! Will update once i have exciting events to talk about!

Lots of love,
xx

Sentosa Spooktacular 2013

Hi guys! Still remember when i said i have one good post to share about this event called 'Sentosa Spooktacular'? I'm sooo gonna tell you guys about it now!

Let the story begins!

In mid August, three of my friends including myself, went for an audition to be part of Sentosa Spooktacular. We have to act out according to the card sheet that was given to us. I acted out as the old lady who turned crazy because she is depressed to have kids and a husband and so she decided to kidnap all the villagers kids. All of us who went for the auditions got selected to be part of Sentosa Spooktacular this year!

September: All of us had to come down for several trainings so that the management can choose what character suits us best. We have to give our best evil laughter, wicked walk and we have to exercise our vocal cords so that we wont hurt them when we scream at the visitors! It feels more like a drama-class training!

October: We had to come down for one last refresher training before we move on to the dry run for the event! Did i mention what character i got? Since this year's theme for Sentosa Spooktacular is Thai Movies, so they collaborated with GTH to bring all the movies to LIVE at Sentosa. From the famous Pee Mak, Shutter, Coming Soon, Body and Dorm movie. I am part of the ambience so all i have to do is just walk around the place as a Chaba. Don't know what Chaba is?

On the first day of Spooktacular

Yeah, that ugly looking old lady in green is me! I got to play Chaba (one of the main character for Sentosa Spooktacular) this year!

Trust me! I now respect people who work as a mascot because wearing a mask is definitely a suffering job that anyone can ever survive! I had to put on that mask for 5 hours and can only take it out when i go for 5 to 10 minutes break! I kept on changing characters day by day depending on the number of manpower that they have on each day. I got to be Saloma, Natre (school girl who got raped by her boyfriend's friend) and a Thai Girl. I also got to be in two of the trails. One is Coming Soon and the other is Shutter!
A group photo with some of the Thai Street ghost!
With Idris, i met him when i was working at POLW.

Photo: See me as Saloma and my P.Ramlee tonight at the red carpet! See you there σΎ £
Thats me, as Saloma! People call me the "pretty ghost"
Me as Natre and my close friend in school, Suzy.

I'm starting to miss all the friends made, the crazy make up artiste that keeps on changing our make up every single weekend! The shoutings from the Queue Managers and especially the times when we have to queue up to take the transport home, haha oh my much misses! Unfortunately, Every good things will always have to come to an end!

Thank you Sentosa for taking me in and let me experience this journey and thank you to all talents that made this event a successful one!

Till we meet again on the 16th for the appreciation lunch and till we meet again next year!

xoxo
