Eighteen Chefs!

I can't remember the last time i ate at Eighteen Chefs! I think it was a few years back when i was in my primary/secondary school days. Eighteen Chef was introduced by my cousin to me last time and after so, every time i will make my way to Eastpoint to have it. But since Eastpoint Mall was closed down for renovation, Eighteen Chefs has been relocated at Cineleisure Orchard.

I finally had the time and money to go and eat something from Eighteen Chefs yesterday with Nabilah!

We both picked the student meal which only cost $6.40! You get to pick a Base, Sauce, toppings + extra toppings if you want to! Also, they will serve you with a cup of lemon tea and a plate of ice-cream with moist chocolate cake/brownie! Nabilah went with the pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Chicken Sausage and I went with the Double Cheese Baked Rice with Black Pepper and Chicken Sausage as toppings.

We even ordered a side dish. We ordered the Cheesy Fries and Cheesy Wings as our side dish! Everything was so cheesy yesterday! (I had to pick yesterday as a cheese day) I had a taste of all the food. The Pasta with Spicy Tomato tastes good and spicy! The cheesy fries is different from any other cheese fries i've ever tasted before. Everything tastes good except for the cheesy wings. Initially, i thought the cheesy wings will be like cheesy mozarella sticks dip in mayonaise but i was wrong. It is chicken wings baked in cheese. And it tastes super salty! I won't recommend having that for a first timer! The ice-cream and brownie taste good too but they should really serve the ice-cream after all our meal.

I will DEFINITELY come back here to try out the rest that is in the menu but i'll try to bring cash instead of using NETS. You guys should really come here after school ( if you have time) and try out the dishes! Remember to bring your student pass for verification purposes.

Hope this post helps!

MIDWEEK

Wednesday today so it means its midweek. Two more days till the weekends and i seriously can't wait to catch up with my sleep since i didn't get to enjoy my sleep last week due to my On Job Training at the zoo. School projects are slowly piling up as days goes by, time is running out and everything is so intense right now. I have to choose the places that i want to go for my intership later on in July, finish up on the biggest project before the final exam which is doing small business, attraction hosting and guiding. SO MUCH THINGS TO DO!
Time is ticking time is running, I'm only left with 13 more weeks in school and then, ciao school i got no time for it already!

What are you guys up to?

Trip to Gardens By The Bay, Singapore

Nabilah and I made a trip to Gardens By The Bay today for our Attraction Hosting and Guiding Project. This is already my second time visiting the gardens. I've came to this place a lot of times but this is the second time i enter the Cloud Forest. I've entered the Flower Dome before but since today i'm supposed to do research on only one of the conservatories, i only entered one.

Upon entering the Cloud Forest, everyone is welcomed by a refreshing waterfall called "The Falls."

I swear to god that this waterfall is so refreshing because when the wind from the air-con blows, there will be water mist all around. Though i can't touch it but i could feel it especially after walking from Bayfront MRT station all the way to the gardens. Ahhhhhh! Couldn't resist to take a Outfit Of the Day near the waterfall!

I decided not to be so fanciful today since i'm only going to the gardens to do my projects. Just a normal floral over a white tank top with blue tights and my H&M Maroon Creepers. Nabilah wore a red dress and she looked just like Betty Boop.

Cloud forest has 7 Levels altogether. We went to all the parts of the Cloud Forest and i have to say that my favorite part will have to be the Cloud Walk and The Falls. That's the two places that really caught my attention and made me fall in love with it the minute i lay eyes on them! The temperature inside the Cloud Forest was nice that i kept on saying to Nabilah that it would be nice if Singapore has this kind of weather. Sunlight + Cold Air, Cold Wind = PERFECTION.
But too bad, Singapore is so near the Equator so NO HOPE!

We had to take down notes while walking at every level so that we won't miss anything out for our project! I did a video of my trip here today and will upload it below and show it to you guys. After a long tiring walk from Gardens By The Bay, Marina Bay Sands, The Helix Bridge, we had our early dinner at Marina Square Food Court and i had my delicious Tom Yum Noodles (they sell the best tom yum noodles, EVER) and went home afterwards.

School tomorrow *thumbs down*

REVIEW: ARNOLDS FRIED CHICKEN AT YISHUN

Had a delicious fried chicken meal for lunch today with my girls, Huda, Dian, Nabilah, Rynne at Arnolds Fried Chicken, Yishun outlet.  The only outlet that i always go to is at City Plaza, Geylang.

I have to say that the best Arnolds Fried Chicken outlet that i've ever been to is the one that i always visit. In terms of Services, Customer Service, Arnolds @ City Plaza won. Though their outlet is the smallest among all, i still think the staff there are well trained. Why do i say so?

When we came to this outlet, we were supposed to line up and wait for our turn to order. When it was our turn to order, the first thing that i observed was that the lady at the counter was already giving us a black face. We took a few minutes to really think what to order (duh, thats because we didn't know what is available on the menu) and she gave us a look that she is bloody impatient. We ordered the 3 party plate and one full spring chicken to share.

It took us........45 minutes to receive our food. And did i mention we were second in the line to get our order and they took 45 minutes to get our food ready??? What's worst? Self-Service! First, we waited 45 minutes for our food and we had to collect it ourselves? Haha. This is extremely different from City Plaza's outlet. I'm not being a complain queen but seriously??? After all those GST and service tax we've paid for???

The chicken taste exactly the same though. I will definitely come back again if i wanna have Arnolds because it's near to my school. Just a few MRT stations away. And i hope i won't see that lady again who served us!

Ratings: 7/10.

Hope this post helps!

PHOTOSHOOT

Went out again yesterday for a photo shoot with one of my Instagram/Twitter follower, Sabrina. She wanted me to help her with her school assignment and so she asked me to be her model. I was supposed to come to ITE College Central but she said that she's not schooling so we have to do our photoshoots outsides.
We head down to Bugis to have our lunch @ Qiji and went to Haji Lane to snap some shots.

There's more photos of me that she took but here are the ones that are taken using my phone. After some shots, we made our way to Chinatown. She told me that we are going to take some photos at a rooftop. I've always wanted to take and have photo shoots on top of a rooftop and so i did yesterday! The view from the Pearl Shopping Center was amazing. I have to admit that it is quite hard to get up to the rooftop because it is so called a "hidden-place" so if you wanna go, you have to comment down below!

Indeed a breathtaking view with all the skyscapers!

At first, i thought that its not gonna be that high, but when i was told to go up on the platform, i could literally feel that i'm about to jump from a building. It is so high up in the sky!

After the photoshoot, i decided to visit my mum at her office and...i had my very own photo shoot there since there's a white background there.

What i wore for the photoshoot

Black chiffon top - Cotton On
Green Cover Up - Cotton On
Black Polka Dot Pants - Uniqlo
Boots - Instagram Shop (Nauticals)
Gold Chain Necklace - Louvisa

The nearest MRT station to Pearl Building is Outram Park. Comment down if you want to go!

Selena Gomez Style Guide

Fashion is important in life. One must have a good sense of fashion. Nobody wants to go out looking so sloppy. Some people really have a bad fashion but some are really good in fashion. In today's post, i'm going to share with you some of my style in fashion. Selena Gomez is one of my fashion icon. Besides Selena Gomez, i also have Cara Delevigne, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Demi Lovato as my fashion icon but Selena is on top of the list because i'm madly in love with her fashion!

Love her street style fashion when she's out on the streets in Los Angeles. She has that edgy and girl next door look in everything that she wears! She even dress up nicely when she's at the petrol station to top up gas.

Those pictures on top are pictures of Selena at the petrol station taken by the paparazzi. I can't deny that she looks stunning in everything that she wears. Well, to be honest, most of us can't afford the stuff that she's wearing like all those branded clothings from Prada, Versace and more. Unless you earn millions and millions of money every month, maybe you could afford buying the same stuff as Selena.

I personally like these kind of fashion where comfort comes first! Most of the designs below is inspired by Selena Gomez's look! I like how she keeps on enhancing her look by layering her clothes and putting on a little accesories. Accesories will help to enhance the look but too much accesories will make it look complicated!

For the first look (you don't have to follow what i say, what you have is what you can wear.)
 - Black Top/Muscle Tank
- Army Green Jacket/Parka
- Black Jeans/Skinny Jeans
-Black Handbag (it doesn't have to be from Chanel. Any similar bag will do!)
- Black Boots (with buckle or no buckle will do the job!)
- Sunglasses (again, it doesn't have to be exact.)

Second look.
- White Top/Musle Tank
- Denim Jacket
- Maroon Jeans/Skinny Jeans/Tights
- Grey Beanie
- Black Sneaker Wedges
- Sunglasses and any necklace of your choice!

Third look.
- White Top
- Checkered T-Shirt/Jacket
-Camel Coloured Jeans/Khaki Coloured Jeans
- Sandals/boots (to your liking)
- Black/Brown Leather Tote Bag
- Sunglasses

Try to style it more with scarf, necklace or sunglasses so that it won't look complicated. Those 3 are my top favourites! What do you guys think? If you like it! Let me know in the comment box below or just let me know at ask.fm/errahathirah.

Remember, dress up according to your comfort! Make sure what you wear makes you confident be it inside or outside!

Who's the next celebrity you want me to show in my next Style Guide post?

Let me know!

Athirah

Review: Changi Village Hotel

My second visit here. The first time was last year. We booked the same room as the previous one. The Junior Suite room.

Took a dip in the pool after checking in. The weather wasn't too hot/too cold. It was just nice for a dip. The good thing about the rooftop pool or known as Infinity Pool @ Changi Village Hotel is that it is open from 6.00am-10.00pm and open all night for people to chill by the pool. I didn't had any pictures for my previous post on Changi Village Hotel but now i'm gonna spam you guys with pictures!

I even got to see the beautiful sunset yesterday. And credits to my sister for my photo watching the sunset. (Though you can't actually see it)

Spent the rest of the night hanging out at the pool area while we stargazed through the night.

(Oh and just a mcspicy feast on the first night, hehe.)

Second Day: Spent half of the day at the hotel, relaxing. We went down to Changi Beach for a picnic since we had no plans. I spent most of the time in the room because there isnt much things to do. Went for a last swim at night and had a very very bad cold afterwards.
Really gonna rest well tonight because school is back tomorrow. WHY.

Looking forward for more stay cation like this.

Athirah
